This is a taxonomic database of all living termites (Isoptera) of the World. It includes all the data from the "Catalog of the Living Termites of the New World (Arquivos de Zoologia 35(2):135-231, 1998)". It is nearly complete for the Nearctic, Neotropical, and Australian regions. For the other regions, the list is incomplete and contains errors. There are 14 families with 287 genera and 2874 species.
