BioPhysika ist ein von Studierenden gestaltetes Projekt mit eigener Webpräsenz seit Oktober 2010. Seitdem hat sich BioPhysika mehrmals umorientiert. Zu Beginn ein Austauschprojekt für die Studiengänge Biophysik und Biochemie, später ein Portal für alle sich überschneidenden naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengänge. Die Studiengewohnheiten von Kommilitonen am Frankfurter Unicampus Riedberg dienten als Inspirationsquelle.
