The PYFF conferences are unique in bringing together, every 3 years, researchers interested in the physiology of yeasts and filamentous fungi, under the auspices of the EFB Microbial Physiology Section. After the success of the five previous meetings in Middelfart (2001), Anglet (2004), Helsinki (2007), Rotterdam (2010), and Montpelier (2013), the Portuguese community dedicated to the this topic is looking forward to receiving you in Lisbon, from the 11th to the 14th of July 2016, for PYFF6. PYFF6 will be hosted by Instituto Superior Técnico, the engineering, science and technology school of the University of Lisbon, and will take place at the Alameda campus of this university, located right in the city centre.
