Over the 4 days of the conference there will be plenary and parallel sessions focusing on all facets of core facility operations, management and specific technologies of interest to core facility staff. Keynote talks will be given by 2001 Nobel laureate Paul Nurse and by Frances Weis-Garcia (President of ABRF). Poster sessions will be held to allow core scientists to present new developments in their technologies and a core facility marketplace area will also be available for facilities to promote their expertise and services. A Belgian beer tasting, guided boat trip through the city's canals and conference dinner in the old fish market will highlight the social program.
