This conference was originated by Prof. Kuo-Chen Chou from the Gordon Life Science Institute, USA and was held in Wuhan, Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu from 2007 to 2013. Each year there are 100 - 500 attendees from Asia, Europe, America, etc., and there has been quite a few well known experts giving plenary speeches.
