Abstract: The IdentifyLife project seeks to do three main things: a) to bring together into one space a wide range of identification tools, to help people throughout the world identify living organisms. This part of IdentifyLife is called Keys Central. b) to create a collaboration space where the world's community of experts and enthusiasts can help manage identification keys and descriptive information. We call this space My IdentifyLife c) to start to build an ambitious key - the Key to All Life - to all the world's living organisms. The area Keys Central is a listing of keys and other identification resources for any group of living organisms from throughout the world. The last area of IdentifyLife is the ambitious Key to All Life project. This seeks to build a web-based, friendly and accessible yet powerful identification key to all the world's living organisms.
