| Abstract: | This web page introduce to psyllids (plant louses). For several species sound files are available. Another section deals with the morphology of adults and nymphs. The origin and host specificities legume-feeding psylllids of the Canary Islands and Madeira are described in details, this study has been the PhD-thesis of the author. Note for several species of economical importance are also provided. Further interactions between psyllids and host plants are summarized in a separate table.
