| Abstract: | Objective of this Internet publication is to collect and present all available information on Stromboid gastropods, both pictures and written information, including an abundant collection of references. More than 1000 species are treated. Beside taxonomy of recent taxa, extinct taxa are also described. For both groups distributional data and literature references are available. A comprehensive summary of international collections (institutinal or private) are presented.
