We are a group of scientists and researchers that have been working on the Flora & Ecology of Syria for the last two decades. Our individual experiences are notable in several national and regional projects as well as national universities. The availability of regional organizations gives us the opportunity to know more about the natural resources in the country as well as the challenges that the Flora of Syria is facing. Our Vision is to introduce ourselves (FSOL) as a leading Syrian group, compile the plant biodiversity of our home country in an easy to use format, and act as a volunteer to promote public awareness on all levels and sectors of the society. We shared our vision with participants from local communities, students and NGOs in the field of protection & sustainable use of plant biodiversity.
